Privacy notice

Scope and contact

This notice covers the public Mash Plugins website and its plugin product pages. It does not replace the privacy notices of a checkout, marketplace, video platform or other third-party service that you choose to use.

For privacy questions or requests about information handled directly by Mash Plugins, email hello@mashplugins.com. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or license keys unless support specifically requires a limited part of a key to investigate a problem.

Information associated with a website visit

Google Analytics

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions such as product-page views, plan selections and clicks that begin checkout. Analytics may process the page or campaign that brought you here, general browser and device information, approximate location, and interaction data. The site is not configured to send names, email addresses, payment details, license keys or message contents to Google Analytics.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish browsers and sessions. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied even when analytics is allowed.

If you reject optional analytics or have not chosen yet, analytics storage remains denied. Under Google's advanced Consent Mode, the Google tag may still send limited measurements without analytics cookies, together with the consent state. Google describes this behavior in its Consent Mode documentation and handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Your privacy choice

The site stores only the value of your privacy choice in first-party local storage under mash_privacy_choice_v1. It is not an account identifier and contains no name or contact information. It remains until you change it, clear site data or the preference format is replaced.

Hosting and security records

The site is hosted through Netlify. Like most hosting services, Netlify may process request information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser headers and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Those records are handled under Netlify's privacy notice.

Checkout, marketplaces and embedded media

Lemon Squeezy checkout

Purchase and trial buttons can take you to a checkout hosted by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy processes the contact, order, tax and payment information needed for that transaction and may provide Mash Plugins with order, subscription, license and customer-support information. Mash Plugins does not directly receive your complete payment-card number. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for its handling of checkout data.

Extension Warehouse and other links

If you use Extension Warehouse or another marketplace, that service handles its own account, download, payment and licensing records. Links to YouTube, Instagram, forums and other websites also take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Embedded YouTube videos

Some product pages include YouTube videos, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed domain where available. Loading or playing an embedded video can still disclose technical request information to Google or YouTube. This processing is separate from the site's analytics-cookie choice and is governed by Google's privacy terms.

Information you send directly

This website does not require a visitor account. If you email support, Mash Plugins receives the address and information you choose to include. That information is used to answer the request, troubleshoot a purchase or license, and maintain an appropriate support record. Please share only what is necessary.

Retention periods depend on the type of record, the provider involved and operational or legal needs. Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction or deletion. Email the address above with enough context to identify the relevant interaction; a request may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed.

Changes and security

This notice may be updated when the site, providers or measurement setup changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. No website or online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for support.
