Does Cloud Sync modify Google Drive or OneDrive?
No. Cloud access is read-only. The app lists and downloads; it never uploads, moves, renames, or deletes source files.
What happens to Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides?
Eligible files are automatically exported to editable Microsoft Office formats whenever Google permits it. Any format that cannot be exported is clearly listed in the report.
What if someone deletes a file from the cloud?
Cloud Sync does not delete your copy. Items that disappear or change are retained in a separate folder to protect your local history.
Does the first backup take a long time?
It depends on account size and internet speed. The first backup may take hours; after that, only the changes that need to be transferred are downloaded.
