Terms of Use
Cloud Sync creates an independent local copy of the sources you select. By using the application, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
1. Provider and support
Cloud Sync is provided by Shlomo Rahamim, an individual doing business under the Mash Plugins brand. For support and requests, contact hello@mashplugins.com.
2. Product functionality
Cloud Sync creates and updates local backups. Users select the source and destination and must periodically review the reports, verify available storage space, and confirm that backed-up files can be opened. The application does not intentionally modify Google Drive, OneDrive, or other cloud sources.
3. Authorized access
You may copy only information that belongs to you or for which you have sufficient authorization. Provider permissions, organizational policies, and format limitations may prevent certain downloads or conversions; Cloud Sync reports these omissions when the provider makes them known.
4. Editions and pricing
The Free edition includes one backup profile with unlimited files and repeat manual sync. Founder Plus is initially offered for a one-time payment of MXN $99 and enables additional profiles and accounts on the activated computer. The price and features shown at checkout before payment are the terms that apply to that purchase. Not having Plus will never prevent access to files already saved.
5. License
Plus grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for one Windows installation, unless the purchase offer states otherwise. It does not authorize resale, redistribution, engineering intended to circumvent licensing, or use to access information without permission. If you change computers, support may help you recover your purchase after verifying its details.
6. Payments and refunds
Stripe processes card payments. If Plus does not work as described and support cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights. A full refund terminates the right to new activations but does not delete your local backups.
7. Updates and availability
We may fix errors, adapt the application to changes made by Google, Microsoft, or Windows, and improve its security. We do not guarantee perpetual compatibility with third-party services or that every provider will allow every file type to be exported under all circumstances.
8. Backups and liability
Cloud Sync is a supplementary tool and is not a substitute for a verified backup strategy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for failures caused exclusively by the provider, the user's equipment, insufficient permissions, or inadequate storage space. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall Cloud Sync at any time. We may restrict recovery of a license obtained through fraud, subject to a confirmed chargeback, or used in material breach of these Terms, without altering files that already exist on your computer.
10. Governing law
Mexican law applies. Any choice of forum will respect mandatory consumer protection rules and any rights that apply based on the user's place of residence.
